Case: SKAT detained 6 jackets imported in a postal package from China

6 jackets were imported in a postal package from China and were stopped by SKAT as they were suspected to be counterfeited.

SKAT then contacted the rights holder, who confirmed that they were counterfeited.

The case was settled between the importer and the rights holder with the agreement that the importer should pay 7.500 Dkr. in damages for the infringement of trademark rights.

The counterfeit jackets were then destroyed by SKAT.
