According to EU legislation that applies for this area, SKAT does not act against imports of counterfeited goods, if the following conditions are met:
- That the goods is carried by the traveller in the personal luggage
- They may not have commercial character, which means that it must be goods for personal use
- Value of goods shall not exceed € 430 (3.250 Dkr.).
