How do I find out if the goods I’ve bought are counterfeit?

The best advice is to use your common sense. The following should give rise to consider whether the goods are counterfeit:
  • The price of the goods is a great deal below the normal market price
  • The quality of the goods is lower than expected
  • The goods are sold from a temporary sales point, e.g. a street vendor
If you have followed the above advice and still not sure whether the goods are counterfeit, you can seek information on the website of the original manufacturer or contact the original manufacturer.
